Concord Lady Lions destroy Salem International Fighting Tigers 96-38

The Concord Lady Mountain Lions won their 3rd straight game by defeating Salem International Fighting Tigers 96-38 on Monday night in Salem, WV.
Amber Showalter led the way for the Lady Lions scoring 16 points on 8-10 from the field.Holly Bibb went 4-5 from behind the arc scoring 14 points. Lyndsey Repass would also add 11 points for Concord.. The Concord Lady Lions shot 61% for the game. Concord would never trail in the game , and would lead by 19 at the half.and the 58 point victory was Concord's biggest on the season.
Concord also faced the Fighting Scots of Ohio Valley this past Saturday afternoon defeating Ohio Valley 68-47 in easy fashion. Concord led by 20 at the break 33-15 and was able to ease to victory in a game that Concord never trailed in.
Amber Showalter would score a game high 17 points for the Lady Lions and would also add 8 rebounds. Jolysa Brown would add 13 points on 5-6 shooting. Holly Bibb and Sierra Brown would also add 8 points a piece for Concord.
The 21 point victory came on the heels of the Lady Lions 34 point victory over Bluefield State on Monday February 2nd when the Lady Lions won 71-37. Concord was led in that game by Holly Bibb's 15 points.
The Concord Lady Mountain Lions currently weigh in with an 9-12 overall record, but are now 7-7 in WVIAC conference play will next travel to Elkins, WV on Thursday to face Davis & Elkins at 5:30pm on the road and Concord will face West Virginia Wesleyan at home Saturday at 4pm.
