In their second year at Concord University, the CU History Club has been making its own mark on the school's history. They have been selling calendars for their trip to see the Lost Kingdom of the Nile exhibit at the Clay Center to enjoy Nubian artifacts. "New members are always welcome to the CU History Club, no matter what major you are," says CU History Club President Liston Pennington. Liston said that their project is ongoing. His fellow club members have been finding ideas for dates such as "Talk Like a Pirate Day" (which is actually a holiday on September 19th). The club has said they will still be selling their calendars in either the bookstore or the Social Sciences division room. Go get yours today!
